Accessibility

At BOGA Style Home, contemporary living is meant for everyone. We are committed to making our website and our Miami showroom welcoming, usable, and accessible to all of our clients, including those who rely on assistive technologies.

Our commitment

Designed for everyone

We believe good design should be easy to experience. That belief extends beyond our furniture to the way you browse, shop, and visit us. Whether you explore our collections online or visit the showroom in person, you should be able to do so comfortably and independently.

Accessibility is an ongoing practice rather than a finished project. We continue to review our website and our showroom, listen to your feedback, and make improvements as we go.

Our website

Ongoing improvements online

Our work is guided by widely recognized web accessibility guidelines. As we refine the site, we focus on the details that make a real difference for people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, and other assistive technologies.

Some areas of the site may not yet meet our own standard. If you encounter a page or feature that is difficult to use, please tell us so we can address it. Our current priorities include the following.

  • Clear page structure and descriptive headings
  • Meaningful text alternatives for product imagery
  • Keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators
  • Readable typography and sufficient color contrast
  • Forms with clear labels and helpful error messages
  • Compatibility with widely used screen readers and browsers

Questions

Accessibility questions

Can someone help me place an order if I have trouble using the website?

Yes. Call us at (305) 591-2642 or WhatsApp (786) 709-9605 and a member of our team will walk you through the collections, answer your questions, and help you complete your order. You are also welcome to place your order in person at the showroom.

Is the showroom accessible?

We want every client to feel at ease in our space, and our team is available throughout your visit to assist. If you have a specific access need, please contact us before you arrive so we can prepare and, where helpful, arrange for a team member to meet you on arrival.

Can I receive design help without visiting in person?

Yes. Our Design Concierge offers virtual consultations, booked through the site, in addition to in-showroom sessions. Share your space, your needs, and your style, and we will help you find pieces that fit the way you live.

Does white glove delivery accommodate accessibility needs?

Complimentary white glove delivery on all orders includes delivery and professional setup, so you do not need to handle heavy pieces yourself. Let us know about any access considerations at your home, such as stairs, elevators, or a preferred placement, and our team will plan the delivery with them in mind.

How soon will you respond to an accessibility report?

We treat every accessibility report as a priority and aim to respond as promptly as we can. If your request is time-sensitive, phone or WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us.

Will this statement change?

Yes. We review this page as we make improvements to our website and showroom, and we update it to reflect our progress.
