What happens next
After you apply
Our team reviews every application and follows up with you directly. Once you are approved, we confirm your benefits, introduce your trade contact and make sure project pricing and samples are ready when you are.
From there, we work at the pace of your project. Share your plans, request specifications, book a Design Concierge session with your client, and leave the logistics to us. Every order includes complimentary white glove delivery with professional setup, and our team will confirm lead times with your order.

How is project pricing determined?
Project pricing is confirmed by our team for each project and order. Once you are approved, your trade contact will walk you through how pricing applies to your selections.
Can I bring clients to the showroom?
Yes. Our Miami showroom welcomes both walk-ins and appointments. For a private presentation with your client, we recommend booking ahead so a member of our team can prepare selections in advance.
Do you provide samples and technical specifications?
Yes. Trade members can request material samples and product specifications, including dimensions, for presentations and drawings. Ask your trade contact and we will arrange them.
Which products are available through the program?
Our current assortment includes Italian-made sofas, modular and sectional sofas, sofa beds, storage beds, beds and armchairs, presented in our curated collections: Boga Minimal, Modern Organic and Urban Luxury. Dining room, outdoor, decor, lighting and rugs are coming soon. Your trade contact can confirm what is available for your project.
How does the Design Concierge fit into a trade project?
Think of our Design Concierge as an extension of your studio. Book an in-showroom or virtual consultation through the site to review layouts, finishes and selections together, or to present options to your client.
What about delivery and lead times?
Complimentary white glove delivery, including professional setup, is included on all orders. Lead times vary by piece and configuration, and our team will confirm them with your order.
