- 1. Book your consultation. Complete the form on this page and tell us a little about your project. Choose a visit to our Miami showroom or a virtual session from wherever you are.
- 2. Share your space. Photos, measurements, and a floor plan, if you have one, help your specialist understand the room before you meet. Inspiration images are always welcome.
- 3. Explore and refine. Together you review layouts, pieces, configurations, and fabric and finish options, in person among the collections or on screen, until the plan feels right.
- 4. Place your order and settle in. Every order includes complimentary white glove delivery with professional setup. Our team will confirm lead times with your order.

Is the Design Concierge service really complimentary?
Yes. Consultations are offered at no charge and with no obligation to purchase.
Do I need to visit the showroom?
No. Virtual consultations cover the same ground as a showroom visit. That said, there is no substitute for sitting on a sofa or seeing a fabric in daylight, and you are always welcome at 1470 NW 107th Ave in Miami, by appointment or as a walk-in.
What should I prepare?
Room measurements, a few photos, and any inspiration images are ideal. A floor plan is helpful but not required. If you have existing pieces you plan to keep, let us know so the new additions work with them.
Can you help with a modular or sectional sofa for an awkward room?
Yes. Modular configuration advice is a core part of the service. Your specialist will work through module options and arrangements to suit your footprint, whether that calls for a compact configuration or a generous one.
I am an interior designer or architect. Is this service for me?
Design Concierge is open to everyone. Professionals may also wish to apply to our Trade Program, created for interior designers, architects, developers, and hospitality professionals. Benefits are confirmed by our team once your application is reviewed.
