Every BOGA Style Home order includes complimentary white glove delivery. Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you to schedule a delivery window that suits you.
What white glove delivery includes
- Delivery to the room of your choice
- Unpacking, assembly and professional setup
- Removal of all packaging materials
Before delivery
Please measure doorways, hallways, stairwells and elevators to make sure your furniture will fit, and let us know about any access restrictions such as building rules, loading docks or delivery hours.
Lead times
Many of our pieces are made in Italy and configured to your specifications. Lead times vary by product and configuration, and our team will confirm the expected timing with your order.
On arrival
Please inspect your furniture with the delivery team. If anything is damaged or does not match your order, note it at delivery and contact us right away so we can address it.
