Designer Membership Program
Architects, Realtors, Interior Designers and professionals in related fields are invited to join our Boga Style Home and Calligaris Designer Membership Program.
The program offers all qualified members great discounts to you and to your clients, seasonal product previews to special collections, and invitations to private new product presentations. "Be the first one to see it…!"
We will apply a special discount to your clients, and your extra discount will be honored, issuing a check on your name or your company's name with a proper Federal W9 attached. (Restrictions apply.)
The Designer Membership Program at BOGA Style Home reserves the right to exclude items from the program's discounts at our sole discretion, without prior notice to members. Membership is contingent upon receipt of appropriate credentials and a completed application. Non-designer related businesses, including retail businesses, may not qualify for the program. Each designer on staff must individually apply for membership. Membership is not transferable. We reserve the right to make all membership determinations at our sole discretion.

Required Documents
Please email copies of TWO (2) of the documents listed below, along with your business card and a completed Federal W9 form, to miami@calligaris.com (CC admi.boga@gmail.com) after submitting this form. In-person registration is also available at any of our locations.
- Current business license
- State professional license
- Federal ID form or EIN form
- Interior design certification (e.g., NCID, CCIDC)
- Architect or Realtor State License
- Resale or Sale Tax Certificate (required if purchasing merchandise for resale)
- Copy of ASID card, if available
